WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS:
All sales are wholesale to B2B customers.
All orders will have applicable sales tax applied unless a valid resale certificate is supplied to team@planterboxesdirect.com or faxed to 847-972-1776 within 24 hours of placement of the order.
ORDERS :
An email sales confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. Customers must review all details including color selection, quantity, bill to and delivery address and request for drainage holes.
Changes to existing orders (including but not limited to quantity, color or planter style) must be made in writing to team@planterboxesdirect.com or faxed to 847-972-1776 and acknowledged and approved by Planter Boxes Direct within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, changes cannot be made.
ETA:
Typical fabrication time of orders is 1-2 weeks.
Occasionally fiberglass planters blanks will sell out faster than anticipated and an additional lead time will be required.
During spring season (April - June) aluminum fabrication times may be extended.
You will be notified at the time of order of the actual promise date of your order.
